Our hams are made in small batches. They are cured using a traditional recipe and genuine Beechwood smoke for that authentic artisan flavour.
Like all of our Borrowdale products, our hams are free from added hormones. All of our hams are from animals raised on an Australian family farm that is APIQ certified free range.
