Perfect crispy crackling
On our Facebook Profile this month we have published some crackling tips from our friends at APL. To get truly amazing pork crackling that’s super crispy, make sure you choose a pork leg, loin or shoulder. Ensure it has a good amount of fat and rind. Be sure to use paper towels to dry off any moisture on the rind, and a generous amount of salt to rub in.
